Entry to the premises and studio is done at the client’s own risk.
We cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damage to personal items while on the premises or in the studio.
Small children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during their stay.
We cannot be held responsible for nonperformance of babies e.g. cake smash sessions. I will attempt various gentle techniques to encourage the children but will never force children into a pose or position.
Cake Smash decor belongs to the studio as part of “props” and may not be removed from the studio.
We do not fix badly wrinkled clothing that have not been ironed or clothing that are covered in pet hairs or dirty fingernails or chipped nail polish during editing so please ensure that this is taken care of before the session.
We reserve the right to refuse access to the studio due to customer unacceptable behaviour such as not limited to “intoxicated”, “violence”, “destructive” etc.
No external or unapproved props will be allowed into the studio. What are “Studio Props”? These are extra items used in the studio for babies e.g. buckets, bowls, mats, backdrops, fabrics or small baby clothing.
No animals allowed in the studio as we work with small newborn babies and therefore safety and hygiene are our highest priority.
No smoking allowed in the house or studio.
Any malicious damage caused to the, premises, studio, or props will be charged for.
No unprofessional, untasteful nude or pornographic behavior will be allowed.
Gift vouchers are nonrefundable, but it is transferrable.
No prints will be supplied unless quoted for.
All packages consist of professionally edited electronic images sent to the customer via a link.
Prints are not included in the package and we do not supply any unedited or RAW images.
Special offers / discounted offers do not include a gift box.
Additional discount cannot be given to already discounted offers.
Bookings are Essential, Bookings only during official working hours.
